Group psychotherapy

Insomnia, stress, and headaches can be effectively treated in group settings by an appropriately trained and experienced psychotherapist. As part of my training and past service, I have helped many group participants using cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches.

If you have insomnia you know what it is and why it is bad. The good news is that insomnia can be effectively treated with a well-established, cognitive-behavioral treatment. According to numerous studies and my professional experience, this treatment works well in a small-group setting -- as well as, and even better than, individual therapy.
